Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.
Secure Packaging
Place the unused perfume bottle in its original designer box and wrap it securely in protective bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the product's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
